About Project

Engineered Structural Rehabilitation & Repair with Advanced Composite System of Deteriorated Buried CMP.

  • Prepared a PE Sealed 3-D Engineering Design & Finite Element Analysis (FEA) Calculation of the Composite (CMP & ¼” Warren Epoxy Coat) Structure. The subject calculation Verified / Validated that the existing Buried CMP had Residual Structural Capacity, and optimized it with ¼” Warren Structural Epoxy Coat.
  • Prepared 2nd PE Sealed Design & Finite Element Analysis Calculation for Structural Repairs of Fully Deteriorated Localized Areas with Advanced Composite (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer CFRP & Warren Epoxy) Materials.
  • Prepared PE Sealed Warren Epoxy Installation & CMP Composite Repair Specifications.

Other benefits Warren Epoxy provided were Corrosion Protection, and increased the existing Gravity Fed Stormwater CMP flowrate by 62% due to Warren Epoxy’s low Manning Coefficient of Roughness Vs. existing CMPs Galvanized Coating.
